Ingredients
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese chunks
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Romaine Lettuce
- Toasted Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a food processor, combine cheese chunks and garlic clove. Pulse until blended.
2. Next add the mayo through pepper.
3. Pulse all ingredients together until creamy.
4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate the dressing at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
5. To serve, toss with lettuce such as romaine. Add toasted bread for croutons, and enjoy!
