Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 8 Premium Plus Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX first 6 ingredients until well blended; shape into 24 meatballs, using about 2 Tbsp. meat mixture for each. Place in 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 15 to 17 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce and dressing.

FILL buns with lettuce and meatballs; Serve with sauce.
