- 2 TBS. butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cr. of potato soup
- 1 can cr. of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- salt &pepper to taste
- 1 soup can 1/2 &1/2

Step 1
In lg. saucepan, melt butter and saute onion till translucent, 2 or 4 min. Add soups, milk, & 1/2 &1/2(half and half0. Add crab and bring just to a boil. Add sherry, salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Or allow to cool to room temp., then refrige. or freeze.
