Italian Meat Sauce

Ingredients

• 21/2 lbs. Hamburger meat
• 1/4 c oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 c minced onion
• 1/2 tsp basil
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1 can tomatoes
• 6 cans tomato sauce
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 can mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in oil
Add remaining ingredients
Simmer for at least 5 hours, stirring occasionally
Serves 12-14
