Ingredients
- 8 ears fresh corn, preferably cut off just-picked cobs
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tablespoons snipped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to tast
