Ingredients
- 1 lb Elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 Tablespoons sweet relish
- Mayonaise to suit taste
- Salt to suit taste
- Lemon pepper to suit taste
- 2 cans medium shrimp, strained
