BBQ Roasted Chicken

This is a very simple and easy to prepare dish but the wonderful taste will surprise you. There is just one secret to this recipe, you should marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 4
- BBQ Seasoning powder: 2 tbsp
- Onion: 1 Medium
- Garlic : 2 cloves
- Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice: 1/2 cup
- Cajun Pepper: 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
2. Put all the ingredients to a zip-top plastic bag and add the chicken pieces.
3. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Place the chicken pieces on the backing sheet and cook for 1.5 hours or until juices run clear.
6. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
