Ingredients
- Crust:
- One ready-to-bake crust
- cornmeal
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat pie crust into slightly larger circle. Lightly sprinkle bottom of deep dish pie pan with cornmeal. Place pie crust in pie pan, pushing up along sides to form rim. Prick all over with fork. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheeses and chilies into crust. Mix eggs, sour cream and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle chopped tomato around edge. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until set in center. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
