Ingredients
- 1 12 cups whipping cream (chilled)
- 34 cup sugar
- 8 ozs mascarpone cheese
- 15 ozs pumpkin puree
- 34 tsp pumpkin pie spice (14 teaspoon each cinnamon cloves and nutmeg)
- 6 ozs ladyfingers (halved)
- 14 cup rum
- 2 ozs amaretti (crushed, cookies)
- mascarpone cheese (italian cream, and amaretti cookies italian macaroons are available at many supermarkets and italian markets)
