Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

• st layer:
• 1 c. flour
• 1 stick softened margarine
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• nd layer:
• 8 oz. soft cream cheese
• 1 lg cool whip
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• rd layer:
• 1 pkg instant choc pudding
• 1 pkg instant van pudding
• 3 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Use 9x13 pan.
1st layer:
-mix & cover bottom of dish with ingredients of the 1st layer. Bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

2nd layer:
-mix ingredients of 2nd layer and layer of ingredients of 1st layer. Chill this for 1 hour.

3rd layer:
-mix ingredients of 3rd layer, spread over 2nd layer. put this in frig until firm.

4th layer:
-cover with large container of cool whip. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts and choc chips.
