cream
monteray jack & parmesan cheese - shredded
salt and pepper

Step 1

Cut up cauliflower and coat lightly with cream

sprinkle generously with cheeses

salt and pepper

Mix together, put in 13X9 baking dish, and bake @ 400 for 30 min
