Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 3oz pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 Tablespoon butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c. confectioners sugar
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl combine cream cheese, butter & vanilla. Beat at low speed till light. Gradually add sugar, beat till fluffy. Stir in nuts if preferred.
