All American Corn Cassarole

Ingredients
- 3 15 oz.cans Creamed Corn
- 3 15 oz. cans Whole Kernel Corn, undrained
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- 6 tbsp Surgar
- 1 cup Corn Bread Mix
- 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 6 Jalapenos, steamed,seeded and minced
- 3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Stir the corn, eggs, sugar, corn bread mix, melted butter, jalapenos, and 2 cups of the cheese together in a large bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a buttered 8 by 8-inch baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes; sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes longer.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
