Nutter butter cookies
Sucker Sticks
White Candy Melts
SMALL googily candy eyes
Black edible writing pen.

Step 1

Cut off very bottom of Nutter Butter with a knife, dip cookie sucker into white melted coating, immediately stick on candy eyes, let dry. Make crazy ghost faces with black edible marker.
