Ingredients
- Babyback ribs or any ribs to your liking
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon each salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown spareribs in frying pan along with onion; drain.
2. In a pot combine all other ingredients and cook 10 to 15 minutes
3. Put ribs in pan and pour sauce over meat and bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes or until fork tender.
