Ingredients
- Make Walnut Milk:
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Tblsp. Xagave
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of Salt
- Soak 1 hour, Drain and rinse walnuts thoroughly. Makes 2 Cups
- Smoothie:
- 1 cup Walnut Milk
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 3/4 c. Madjool Dates, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes (8 cubes)
