Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 1/2 pound, 1 inch thick whole salmon fillet, skin on

Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt brown sugar with honey and butter.
Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger. Allow to cool.
Place the salmon, skin side down, on a large baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Coat the flesh of the salmon with the brown sugar mixture.
Grill salmon indirectly over medium heat until the edges begin to brown and the inside is opaque. About 25 - 30 minutes.
