Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Combine confectioners' sugar and cocoa in small bowl. Add cream and vanilla; beat until stiff.

I have used this recipe three times now with great success. The first two times I made it exactly as directed for parties at my home. The third time it was for an event in my daughter's 1st grade class. In this case I added some cream cheese (3-4 tbsp.) to help it stand for awhile out of the refrigerator. All three times everyone loved it---adults and children alike!!

OMG.. I was looking for a simple whipped cream frosting and this is it! I love it and tastes so good. So Easy!
