Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can whole kernal corn, undrained
  • 12 flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine soup, undrained tomatoes, and corn. Sprinkle 1/3 of tortilla strips in bottom of casserole dish. Spread half the chicken over top. Spoon half the soup mixture over top of chicken. Repeat layers ending with tortilla strips. Bake, covered, at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
