Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1/2 C. Flour
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 2 C. Hot Water
- 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 2 C. Frozen Peas & Carrots
- 2 Potatoes, cooked & cubed
- 2 C. Milk
- 3 Chicken Breasts or 2 cans of Chicken
- 1 Pie Crust

Preparation
Step 1
In water with chicken bouillon cubes, boil potatoes until tender. Cook Chicken. Melt butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Set veggies aside and add flour mix to bouillon water and add milk. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Combine sauce with chicken and veggies.
Pour in 2 8" round greased pans and BAKE 375° for 30 min. until crust is brown.
