Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils
- 3/4 lb. hot sausage (removed from casing)
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- basil
- italian seasonings
- salt and pepper
- 6 cups water
- 1 can peeled tomatoes(14oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage until cooked and brown
Add remainder ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. or until lentils are
cooked thoroughly
