Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
- 8 oz prepared cheese product (from 16-oz loaf), cut into cubes
- 8 hamburger buns, split
- Garnishes, If Desired
- Dill pickle slices
- Ketchup and mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1 In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
2 Stir in cooking sauce and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
3 Spoon onto bottom half of each bun; top with pickles, ketchup and mustard. Place top of bun on each.
