  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg yolk*
