A creamy Caesar dressing that is thick enough to use as a dip. Best when allowed to sit refrigerated overnight and marry the flavors before tossing with romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and thin slices of Parmesan cheese.

- Blendtec FourSide Jar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large egg yolk*
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
