Linguine with White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 teasp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 cans (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams, reserve juice
- 1/4 cup bottled clam juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 teasp. each, salt and pepper
- 1/4 teasp. ground thyme
- 1/2 teasp. grated lemon peel
- 8 oz. linguine cooked and drained (I use 8oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and saute garlic for 1 minute then sprinkle in flour.
Cook for 1 minute
Add reserved clam juice and bottled clam juice
Add parsley, salt, pepper and thyme
Simmer for 10 minutes then add grated lemon peel
Heat and toss with cooked linguine
