- vanilla butter cream icing
- Rolling fondant
- food coloring
- Edible glitter

Preparation
Step 1
Bake the cake, cool completely and cut and frost the icebergs. Use a small teddy bear cake pan for the penguins, cutting to shape when cool. Cover the icebergs in fondant, and pipe the penguins. eyes, beaks and feet are fondant. Make the water with the leftover butter cream.
