Cashew Chicken (Quick and Easy)

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flake
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 pkg Knorr Rice sides chicken
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed



Step 1

1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat

2. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally about 2 min or until golden brown

3. Stir in water and Knorr rice pkg. Raise heat to high until mixture boils. Immediately reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 7 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is not pink.

4. Stir in cashews and peas, then cook until heated through
