Step 1
1. Toss raw chicken in the slow cooker, pour water on top until it is covered.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
3. When the chicken is cooked, remove from slow cooker and drain water.
4. Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes. Then shred the chicken using two forks.
5. Separate shredded chicken in 2 or 4 oz. serving sizes and freeze in snack size bags.
