Bisquick One-Pan Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

• GLAZE:
• 2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• .......................................
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1-2 Tablespoons milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except raisins and nuts in an ungreased 9-inch square pan with fork until moistened. Stir until well blended and then add raisins and nuts. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with glaze.
