Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 1/2 LBS. LEAN HAMBURGER
- 1/4 LB. COUNTRY SAUSAGE
- 1 PKG. LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX
- 2 EGGS
- 2 PIECES DRY TOAST
- TOMATO JUICE TO MOISTEN
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:
- 2 CUPS HOT TOMATO SAUCE (ADD A LITTLE TABASCO)
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 CHOPPED ONIONS
- 2 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

Step 1
MIX ALL MEAT BALL MIXTURES TOGETHER AND ROLL INTO BITE SIZE BALLS. PUT ALL SWEET AND SOUR INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL LIQUIFIED. PUT MEATBALLS (UNCOOKED) AND SAUCE TOGETHER IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN AND SIMMER UNTIL MEAT BALLS ARE DONE. PUT INTO A CROCKPOT TO KEEP WARM FOR SERVING. YOU PUT SAUCE AND MEATBALLS IN POT.
