Easy jalepeno jelly

Really good and I like it hot. Switch it up and make Habenero jelly. Just use 12 oz of red bell and add 5-8 habaneros. Beautiful color.

Ingredients
- 12 oz jalepeno, seeded, stemmed, and deveined. Cut into pieces for easy processing
- 2 cups cider vinegar, DVD
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 pouches liquid pectin

Step 1
Makes 6 half or 3 pints.
Purée peppers with 1 cup of the vinegar. In a deep pot add the purée, the remaining vinegar, and the sugar. To make it spicier add a bag with the seeds. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Add the pectin and boil hard for 1 minute. Now put into jars and process 10 minutes.
