Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups quick or old fashioned oats
- 1 12-oz pkg butterscotch morsels

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° for 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies and 9-10 minutes for crisp cookies.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon;
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine sugars, eggs and vanilla,
beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
OATMEAL SCOTCHIE PAN COOKIE OPTION:
Spread the oatmeal cookie dough into greased
15 X 10 X 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes.
Cool; cut into thirty five 2- inch squares.
