  • One canned fruit cocktail
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2-1/2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • One small canned crushed pineapple



Step 1

Drain juices from fruit cocktail and pineapple and bring to a boil. Mix flour and sugar together. Slowly add to liquid, stirring until dissolved. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool and add fruit, mayo, lemon juice, and cream. Freeze.
