Ingredients
- One canned fruit cocktail
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2-1/2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup whipping cream
- One small canned crushed pineapple

Step 1
Drain juices from fruit cocktail and pineapple and bring to a boil. Mix flour and sugar together. Slowly add to liquid, stirring until dissolved. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool and add fruit, mayo, lemon juice, and cream. Freeze.
