Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups zucchini (medium)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 11/2 tsps vanilla
- 1/4 cup walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350.
2 Mix dry ingredients.
3 Mix wet ingredients.
4 Combine.
5 Add to greased (I use cooking spray) bread pan.
6 Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
