Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups)
- 1 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or classic yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 can (6 oz.) white albacore tuna in watar, drained and flaked
- lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped or shredded carrot(s)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion(s)
- 3 Hard boiled eggs chopped and used as garnish (optional)
- paprika for color (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
2. In large bowl, blend mayonnaise, mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni, tuna, eggs, celery, carrot and onion. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Toss, if desired, with additional mayonnaise before serving.
