FRESH APPLE CAKE****

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. oil
• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 3 c. diced fressh apples
• 2 beaten eggs
• 2 c. flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 chopped nuts or raisin

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350.
Combine oil and sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add apples, nuts or raisins.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour. Might need more than 1 hour, make sure that it is cooked thoroughly.. Cool in this pan. (this is a very moist cake)
