Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- table grind pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped sage leaves

Preparation
Step 1
1. melt butter in a medium sauce pan over low medium heat. When butter starts to get slightly bubbly, add crushed garlic.
2. Stir the garlic in the butter for 1 minute. Add the chopped sage,salt and pepper and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until butter has turned light brown
3. Drizzle over the goat cheese ravioli
NOTE: If you prefer, you can strain the sauce to remove sage leaves
