Step 1
1Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a baking sheet.
.2Combine biscuit mix, Cheddar, granulated sugar and cayenne pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
.3Stir the tomato juice into the biscuit mix mixture until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface. Knead lightly just until smooth, about 10 times.
.4Roll dough to 1/3-inch thickness. Cut with a 11/2-inch biscuit cutter; arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 7 to 9 minutes.
