Ingredients
- 1 lb danelion greens
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole small chili pepper, seeds removed, crushed
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash greens well, in stalted water. Cut leaves into 2 inch pieces. Cook the greens, uncovered, in a small amount of salted water, until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil on medium heat. Saute onion, garlic and chili pepper until soft. Drain the greens and add to the pan. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated parmesan.
