Cake Batter Blondies

Ingredients

• 1 box funfetti cake mix (you can also use yellow cake mix and add sprinkles)
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1/2 cup milk (I used Almond Vanilla Unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees

- Combine cake mix, egg and oil in a large mixing bowl

- Add milk slowly until batter is combined – you want this to be a dense batter

- Place batter in a greased 8×8 pan

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges start browning

- Let cool for 20 minutes (the center will still appear to be gooey. This is ok. Waiting will allow it to “set” But you want the middle to be soft.)
