Ingredients

  • 3 cups of oats (steel cut is best but whatever you have works!)
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/8 cup of organic sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • a little bit of salt, very little, I used about 1 tsp
  • 1 organic egg & 2 egg organic whites
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 3/4 c mashed bananas (optional) I didn't add!
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, I put about a handful in)

Step 1

I put them in a little brownie tin, baked them the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.. Let them cool a little bit and enjoy! Pleaseeee let me know if anyone makes these! So far my favorite recipe I've created! :)
