Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushsrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 pint crab meat
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- grated cheese, sharp

Preparation
Step 1
Melt cream cheese and butter over very low heat or microwave. In separate skillet, saute shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and celery in 2 Tbsp butt. Add to this the cream cheese mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice. Mix well then place in a 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 about 20-30 mins or until bubbly. Freezes well before baking. Serves 8.
