- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/2 cup FRENCH'S Honey Mustard GRILL & GLAZE Sauce
- 1 green or red bell pepper, cut into chunks

Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet. Cook chicken for 5 minutes until well browned; drain.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 to 8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in center and sauce thickens slightly. Serve with rice if desired.

Finding the ingredient "French's Grill and Glaze Sauce" (honey was a bit difficult. Since it was a new item out on the market. Found it on the shelf with the Ketchup. My whole family loved it, 2 boys 15 and 12 and a husband. Will be making it again soon, and plan on putting it on our menu when we go camping too. Easy to make and no mess. Loved it!!!!
Even my kids liked it and ate all that was served to them. That doesn't happen very often. I was very pleased.

Absolutely delicious and so easy to make!
This recipe is so easy to make, and not too many ingredients and dirty dishes either. I love pineapples and honey mustard to mix with chicken.
