Ingredients
- 4 cups Super Sweet Cut Corn, prepared & chilled
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Chili Cheese flavored Fritos (corn chips)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine corn, peppers, onions, mayo and cheese.
2. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
3. Stir in crushed chips prior to serving.
Tip: A great salad you can make ahead and top with the chips just before serving.
