  • 2 3oz boxes cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 qt whole milk
  • 4 chocolate croissants (about 4 oz each)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 qt shallow baking dish.
Whisk pudding mix and milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes, until thoroughly blended.
Cut croissants into 1 inch pieces and arrange in prepared baking dish. Pour pudding mixture over and push pieces into liquid.
Bake 50 min or until bubbly around the edges and a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 10 min before serving. Dust top with confectioners' sugar if desired.
