Creole Seasoning
By cwyorkiex3
Grandma was always changing her recipe for Creole Seasoning, according to her whims. The most common additions were 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika and 1 tablespoon of thyme, because she said that those worked best with fish and chicken. She often packaged the seasoning in shaker-type bottles for gift-giving to friends and family.
