Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy cream
- 2 (3-ounce) packages ladyfingers
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine water, coffee granules, and coffee liqueur; set aside. In large bowl, with electric beater on medium speed, blend cheese and sugar until smooth; set aside.
In another bowl, with electric beater on medium speed, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half of whipped cream into cheese mixture until thoroughly mixed.
Using one package of ladyfingers, quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture one at a time and line bottom of 8-inch square baking dish. Spoon half of cheese mixture evenly over ladyfingers. Dip remaining package of ladyfingers into coffee mixture one at a time and place evenly over cheese layer; top with remaining cheese mixture. Spoon remaining whipped cream over top and sprinkle with cocoa.
Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
