Ingredients
- 3 lbs Corned Beef
- 1/3 cup Mustard
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Place corned beef in a large pot and cover with water.
Boil for 3 hours.
Allow to cool and slice thinly.
In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients.
Pour over sliced meat and bake, covered, for 35-40 minutes @ 350.
Prior to serving sprinkle with black pepper and/or thinly slice scallions.
