  • 4 (16 oz) cans kidney bean, rinsed and drained
  • 4 ( 14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 pkg. chili mix
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 cans chopped chili peppers
  • Sheddred charp cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook beef over med. heat until no longer pink; drain..
Transfer to a slow cooker....
Add next 11 ingredients....
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours...
Garnish with cheese...
