Ingredients
- 4 lbs. ground beef
- 4 (16 oz) cans kidney bean, rinsed and drained
- 4 ( 14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 pkg. chili mix
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans chopped chili peppers
- Sheddred charp cheddar cheese

Step 1
In a skillet, cook beef over med. heat until no longer pink; drain..
Transfer to a slow cooker....
Add next 11 ingredients....
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours...
Garnish with cheese...
